With the exception of blueprints, we are able to assist in the design and implementation of new material recipes to meet a wide array of customer application requirements. - Concrete Mixing and TransportingThe lifetime and failure rate of concrete mixers depends on the motor and mixing parts service life. During the mixing process, the sand, bubble and aggregate will lead to a fraying of the liner plates, mixing blades, and mixing arms.

- Asphalt Mixing and PavingDuring the asphalt heating and mixing process, hard pieces will grind against the wear plates, mixing paddles, and mixing arms, leading to corrosion after long term exposure to oxygen and water in asphalt mixing and paving equipment.

- Metallurgical IndustryWe offer steel wear resistant castings [10-4] and ductile iron wear resistant castings [10-5] for coking plants, blast furnaces, sintering plants, and rolling mills to ensure an excellent wear resistant performance and long service life.

- MiningZhungzhi manufactures corresponding wear resistant castings for buck wheel excavators, wheel loaders, bucket chain excavators, grinding mills, impact crushers and slurry pumps.

- QuarryingHeavy, sharp and extremely abrasive materials do long term damage to quarrying equipment, leading to higher costs and increased downtime. To solve that problem, all of our casting equipment is made using high quality, wear resistant materials to lower those costs.

- DredgingDredging requires extremely wear resistant products, such as the volute liner, impeller and liner insert of dredge pump. Direct contact with highly abrasive sediment will cause heavy damage if materials are not wear resistant.
