Dredging

Dredging requires extremely wear resistant products, such as the volute liner, impeller and liner insert of dredge pump. Direct contact with highly abrasive sediment will cause heavy damage if materials are not wear resistant.

Zhuangzhi strongly recommends hi-chrome wear resistant alloy [10], cast steel [12] or ductile cast iron [13] for sand slurry pump vulnerable parts in order to efficiently complete sand mining and dredging without losing time from highly worn down parts. We use the best crafting materials to fulfill customer needs, and we also assist in designing pump parts or modification of a variety of underwater pumps, slurry pumps and double walled pumps.
