Formally established in February of 2004, Maanshan Zhuangzhi Wear-Resisting Alloy Co. is a dependable provider of wear resistant castings. We are especially proficient in the design and production of high-chrome castings and we have the capability to provide customers with custom solutions upon request.

Located in the Bowang Industry District of Maanshan City, our factory is established on around 80 acres of land and we employ 124 highly valued staff members. Over the years, Zhuangzhi has been dedicate to the development and manufacturing of wear resistant castings widely applied in industries such as cement, asphalt, metallurgy, mining, quarrying, and road construction.

Our alloy material factory and construction machinery factory are equipped with Italian FATA automatic dismastic molding lines, automatic horizontal molding lines, and automatic fuel gas oven heat treating lines. Our products are certified under ISO9001 quality management system standards. Today, we are capable of producing more than 20,000 tons of castings per year and they are sold in more than 20 provinces around China.

We emphasize the continuous development of improved processing techniques with a team that includes 4 senior engineers and 4 technical advisors. Our extra high nickel chromium alloy and martensite rare earth nickel chromium alloy were the results of research conducted by experts from Zhejiang University and Nanjing University. The advanced wear resistant alloys are excellent substitutes for American materials and our products have been successfully implemented by companies in Japan and South Asia. We also cooperate with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an Technological University, and other research universities. For wear resistant plates and paddles, SSAB has been willing to exchange technology with us.
